ETC worked closely with our Japanese distributor (Koike Medical Co., Ltd.) to help ensure that our monoplace hyperbaric chambers passed every certification requirement. Obtaining the accreditation further promotes placement of BARA-MED(R) chambers in
ETC manufacturers the BARA-MED(R) and BARA-MED(R) XD, the industry's most technically advanced hyperbaric chambers. These chambers include a 4th generation Windows(R) based operating system which controls and records chamber activity. ETC's hyperbaric chambers remain the leader in providing a patient friendly pressurization alternative (Smooth Ride(TM)) that minimizes complications due to middle ear and sinus barotraumas without increasing compression time. In addition to their regular use in clinical treatments at medical facilities around the world, ETC's hyperbaric chambers are routinely involved in research on new indications for which Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) holds promise.
